Shipping & Cancellations Policy
Shipping PolicyCosts of shipping are included in the product cost. We ship our products all over India. Although we take utmost care to ensure that the product is absolutely safe for shipping, we are not liable for any damages to the product by the shipping provider.
We aim to ensure that your order reaches you at the earliest and hence follow a next-day shipping policy. That is, orders placed today will be shipped out the next working day. In case the shipping gets delayed due to unforeseeable and uncontrollable issues such as bad weather, traffic blocks, public holidays, or any such exigencies, Trelish Foods And Beverages Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any penalties and/or damages.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the sensitivity of the nature of the product, we do not accept cancellations once the order has been shipped.
In case of issues with the product such as damages, malfunction of packaging, etc., please e-mail us a photo of the damaged product within 2 days of receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will look into it and arrange for a product exchange.
In such communications, please make sure to include:
- Your name
- Date & proof of purchase (invoice)
- The items you would like returned/exchanged
- The reason for requesting a return/exchange
In case of refunds, the amount paid will be refunded as a store credit to be redeemed for further purchases. For concerns related to damaged goods, please refer to our shipping policy (above).
Returns and/or refunds on coffee subscription purchases will be on a pro-rata basis subject to the number of shipments remaining.
Approved returns and/or refunds are initiated within 7 days of approval. The duration of time taken for the refund to be credited to the customer's account/payment method is subject to the clearing cycle of the customer's bank and is outside the purview of Trelish Foods And Beverages Pvt. Ltd.
The refund will be processed back to the same payment method used at the time of the purchase. The refund will be reflected in 8-9 working days in your account.
