    Refund policy

    Due to the sensitivity of the nature of the product, we do not accept cancellations once the order has been shipped.

    In case of issues with the product such as damages, malfunction of packaging, etc., please e-mail us a photo of the damaged product within 2 days of receipt to info@trelish.in. Our team will look into it and arrange for a product exchange.

    In such communications, please make sure to include:

    • Your name
    • Date & proof of purchase (invoice)
    • The items you would like returned/exchanged
    • The reason for requesting a return/exchange

    For concerns related to damaged goods, please refer to our shipping policy (above).

    Returns and/or refunds on coffee subscription purchases will be on a pro-rata basis subject to the number of shipments remaining.

    Approved returns and/or refunds are initiated within 7 days of approval. The duration of time taken for the refund to be credited to the customer's account/payment method is subject to the clearing cycle of the customer's bank and is outside the purview of Trelish Foods And Beverages Pvt. Ltd.

    The refund will be processed back to the same payment method used at the time of the purchase. The refund will be reflected in 8-9 working days in your account.
