Directions for use
- Add 1 and a quarter tablespoons (~20 gm) of coffee grounds to upper chamber of filter.
- Use the pressing disc to lightly press the grounds.
- Attach the lower and upper chambers of the filter.
- Pour 0.5 cups (~100 ml) of boiling water in upper chamber and cover.
- Let the coffee brew for 15 minutes.
- Separate the chambers. The coffee decoction would’ve collected in the lower chamber.
- Add decoction to hot milk and sugar (as needed).
- Pour from one glass/cup to another 2-3 times from a height to get frothy filter coffee.
